Basic Steps in the Online Entry Process

Step 1     Go to the CaFÉTM website at http://www.callforentry.org/ and register. There is no fee for artists to set up a personal account. You should do this well before the show deadline.

Step 2     Prepare digital images of your artwork according to the CaFÉTM specifications (details available at http://www.callforentry.org/).

TIP: Most photo labs can create a digital file to the CaFÉTM specifications from your original artwork or from a slide of your artwork.

Step 3     Upload your digital images to your CaFÉTM account. You may store up to 100 images and submit them to any event listed on the CaFÉTM website.
Tips for entering CPSA shows

Step 4     Apply to the desired CPSA call for entries on the CaFÉTM website during the application period. You will need to accept the agreement and enter all information requested by the entry form. Be careful to follow the instructions exactly.

WARNING: If you are entering two pieces, be sure to submit both images at the same time. Once you have finalized your entry and checked out, there is no way to go back and make changes.

Step 5     When you are satisfied with your entry form, proceed to "Checkout." CPSA members should enter the discount code to receive the lower member rate. You can pay by credit card on the CaFÉTM site or mail a check to the CPSA Finance Director. Check must be postmarked no later than the deadline for show entries.

NOTE: Ignore the “Invitational Pass Code” checkbox.

Notification of acceptance is posted on the CPSA website (www.cpsa.org) within 3 days of the jury date (see prospectus for dates). Shipping information will be available on the CPSA website and from the Exhibition Director.
