In conjunction with its annual International Exhibition, CPSA presents a fun-filled convention providing colored pencil artists with an opportunity to meet other artists, attend workshops, view the exhibition, and enjoy the banquet when the award-winning artists are announced.
Advance payment is required to register for convention events.
- Registration fee – $35
- Workshops (two one-day workshops which repeat Thursday and Friday) – $125 members; $150 non-members
- Awards banquet (Friday evening) – $70-$80 based on meal choice
Other convention events are open to all who pay the registration fee:
- Meet & Greet – Wednesday evening
- Drop-in sessions – Thursday and Friday
- Art Gala – Thursday evening
- Trade show – Saturday morning
- Artists’ reception – Saturday afternoon
- Dessert party – Saturday evening
Convention registration opens on April 15, 2025. Name badges are provided if you register before 11:59 p.m. (Pacific time) July 10. After that, you may pay and obtain a hand-written badge in the hospitality room at the convention.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Make payment as soon as possible to reserve your place for workshops and the banquet.
- Registration closes July 10, 2025.
- A $35 fee (per person) applies to cancellations prior to July 10, 2025. No refunds after that date. Please allow 7–14 days for processing.
